At the end of the first month my final weight was 138.5. Putting my loss at 2.8% or at 1 lb per week...which is acceptable for me! I don't think it should be too quickly of a loss or it may come back too quickly!
Now I just need to step it up a notch and see if I can continue with the 1 lb per week!!

1-2 pounds a week is a healthy change. and you are right you don't want to lose to quickly!! Keep it up!! :)
yep, 1-2 lbs a week is AWESOME! This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix...so slowly losing is AWESOME!
